Description:
Grant variances and review decisions of the building official.
8 year term limit.
Maximum Number of Members: 7
Meeting Location:
Basement Conference Room C, Joint City/County Public Works Bldg, 201 N. Stone Ave.
Meeting Time: 2008: 1/9, 2/13, 3/12, 4/9, 5/14, 6/11, 7/9, 8/13, 9/10, 10/8, 11/12 & 12/10 - 1:30 p.m.
Membership Requirements:
Seven members appointed by the mayor and council. All members of the board shall be residents of the city and shall serve staggered terms of four years. Appointments to fill vacancies shall be for the unexpired terms.
No member of the board shall hold any city, county or state elective office.
